How to delete a transaction on Transactions form

1. Are you ready?
   
   In this tutorial we are going to learn how to delete a transaction from a batch. Note that deleting a transaction is only available if a batch, which needs a transaction to be excluded, is in Pending status. You can locate a desirable transaction using different search criteria.
   
   We will use the following parameters:
   

   Date: 04/01/2024 to 04/27/2024
   Credit Card #: 5499740000000057
   Source: Batch
   First Name: John
   Last Name: Smith
   Amount: 25.50
   
2. Log in to the system using your Username and Password.
   
   Note: To learn how to log in and select perspectives, use the prerequisite tutorial Logging in and navigating the application.
3. Select appropriate Merchant or Merchant Account in the top left section of the screen.
4. To delete the transaction, you have to use the Transaction form, which is available at the following places:
   
   

   • Perspective => Management => Merchant Perspective => Processing => Transactions
   • Perspective => Console => Transactions

   
   You can choose any place you like.
5. Click   Transactionsbutton in the top section of the screen and select List menu item.
   
   Note: in case if you chose Merchant Pespective, you should click on Processing button in the top section of the screen and select Transactions menu item from dropdown menu.
6. Locate     
7. Enter 04/01/2024 and 04/27/2024 into the
8. Enter 5499740000000057 into the
9. Select Batch in
10. Enter John into the
11. Enter Smith into the
12. Enter 25.50 into the
13. Click
14. Locate      and select needed transaction.
15. Click
16. Choose      to delete the selected transaction.
17. Congratulations, you are done!
