How to locate error transactions

  1. Are you ready?

In this tutorial, you will learn how to locate failed transactions to analyze the reason for an error occurred. As a search criteria, we will use two parameters - a transaction ID and event ID. When a transaction ID is available, a result is displayed right away. When a transaction ID is not available or a system error (S20) was received, a transaction can be located via an event ID, which is an ID of the exception in the logs. It consists of the number of the node where the exception occurred and the time (in milliseconds) when the exception was received.

We will use the following parameters:
    Transaction ID: 100000111
    Event ID: 1:05111058536
