How to find a transaction associated with a statement

  1. Are you ready?

    Now let’s learn how to locate transactions related to the remitter.

    We will use the following parameter:
    Deposit Account #: 4099999992
  2. Log in to the system using your Username and Password and switch to the Merchant Perspective.

    Note: To learn how to log in and select perspectives, use the prerequisite tutorial Logging in and navigating the application.
  3. Select appropriate Merchant or Merchant Account in the top left section of the screen.
  4. Click   Detailsbutton in the top section of the screen.
  5. Choose   Funding  menu item  from the list.
  6. Choose   Deposit  menu item  from the list.
  7. Locate   Deposit Information  groupbox
  8. Locate   Account #/IBAN  textbox and copy 4 last digits - 9992.
  9. Click   Processingbutton in the top section of the screen.
  10. Choose   Transactions  menu item  from the list.
  11. Locate   Transaction Search  groupbox
  12. Enter 9992 into the Credit Card #textbox
  13. Click   Findbutton
  14. Click   Exportbutton to generate Transactions Export report if you need.
  15. Congratulations, you are done!
