Ennumerates possible values of the sources of funds where money can go if it is not remitted to the merchant.

Available Values:

BL - Balance

The funds were exchanged between the statement and merchant's balance.

CR - Chargeback Reserve

The funds were exchanged between the statement and merchant's chargeback reserve.

RR - Return Reserve

FR - Refund Reserve
