Enumeration of the possible values determining how a merchant statement is generated.

Available Values:

PB - PositiveBalance

Added On:  05/04/14

Status:  Active

Indicates that a merchant statement is generated only if there were transactions resulting in positive balance of the merchant.

AB - AnyBalance

Added On:  05/04/14

Status:  Active

Indicates that a merchant statement is generated if there were transactions resulting to either positive or negative balance of the merchants.
