Vantiv Lowell Chargeback Transaction UML

Represents chargeback transaction as it is defined in Vantiv Lowell's chargeback specification.

Acquirer reference number assigned by the acquirer at the time of the original transaction.

Type of the transaction (sale/credit transaction).

Date when the last file was processed.

The activityType element is a required child of the caseActivity element that specifies the current activity of the specified case.

Amount of the authorized transaction.

Currency of the authorized transaction.

Date when the transaction was authorized.

Identifier for the batch that the transaction belongs to.

The BIN element provides the 6-digit Bank (or Issuer) Identification Number of the Issuing Bank. The system returns this value in XML responses when issuing new tokens to replace Visa or MasterCard account numbers. For Discover and American Express cards, this element is empty.

The cardNumberLast4 element is a required child of the caseActivity element that specifies the last four digits of the card used in the transaction.

The cardType element is a required child of the caseActivity element that specifies the type of card or alternate payment type used in the transaction.

Required child of the caseActivity element that specifies the unique identifier assigned to the chargeback by Litle & Co.

Reference to the entity that represents real-time financial transaction.

The chargebackAmount element is a required child of the caseActivity element that specifies the amount of the chargeback. The the value in cents without a decimal point.

The chargebackCurrencyType element is a required child of the caseActivity element that defines the currency of the chargebackAmount element. The default value is USD (United States Dollars).

Chargeback reference number received from network. On draft retrievals, this is the issuer's control number. For American Express and Discover records this will contain the case number.

The chargebackType element is a required child of the caseActivity element that defines the chargeback type in terms of Deposit or Refund.

Date when the record was created.

The currentQueue element defines queue in which the chargeback currently resides.

Identifier of the merchant. Assigned by the processor.

Name of the associated customer.

The cycle element is a required child of the caseActivity element that defines the cycle of the chargeback. The chargeback cycle is the current point in the overall chargeback life-cycle in which the chargeback currently resides.

The dayIssuedByBank element is a required child of the caseActivity element that specifies the date the issuing bank initiated the chargeback.

The dayReceivedByLitle element is a required child of the caseActivity element that specifies the date that Litle received the chargeback.

Date when the fraud notification was received.

Specific fraud notification generated by the processor.

The fromQueue element specifies the queue in which the chargeback resided prior to the performance of the specified activity.

Identifier of the object used for references; auto-incremented integer value.

Indicates whether transaction is financial.

Name of the associated issuing bank.

The litleTxnId element is used to identify transactions in the Litle system. The system returns this element in XML responses. You can use it in various requests to reference the original transaction.

Code of Merchant Account to which instance of this object is attributed to. Depending on the context, Merchant Account Code field may contain either Merchant Code or Merchant Account Code.
The field is primarily used for data partitioning and data management, to make it easy to determine the ownership of a record within the database.

The merchantId element is a child of the caseActivity element used to identify the merchant in the litleChargebackActivitiesResponse message.

Name of the merchant associated with the transaction.

The merchantTxnId element is a required child of the caseActivity element that is the unique identifier assigned by the merchant to the original deposit or refund transaction.

Updated name of the associated company.

The notes element provides any notes entered for the specified activity.

The orderId element is a required child of the caseActivity element that defines a merchant-assigned value representing the order in the merchant’s system.

Original number of the account associated with the transaction.

Original routing number associated with the transaction.

Original code of the transaction assigned within the system.

The Original Transaction Date is a required child of the caseActivity element that defines the date that the deposit or refund transaction was received by Litle & Co.

Amount in the transaction.

Type of the transaction.

The preArbAmount element is an optional child of the caseActivity element that specifies the amount of the pre-arbitration. The the value in cents without a decimal point.

The preArbCurrencyType element is an optional child of the caseActivity element that defines the currency of the preArbAmount element. The default value is USD (United States Dollars).

The reasonCode element is a required child of the caseActivity element that contains a numeric code which specifies the reason for the chargeback.

The reasonCodeDescription element provides a brief definition of the reason code.

The representedCurrencyType element is an optional child of the caseActivity element that defines the currency of the representedAmount element. The default value is USD (United States Dollars).

The retrievalRequestType element defines the type of Discover Retrieval Request.
