How to change an operation type of a terminal

  1. Are you ready?

    In this tutorial we are going to learn how to change an operation type of a terminal associated with a particular merchant.

    We will use the following parameters:
    Initial operation type: Attached
    New operation type: Standalone
    State of the operation type: Locked
  2. Log in to the system using your Username and Password and switch to the Management => Terminal Perspective.

    Note: To learn how to log in and select perspectives, use the prerequisite tutorial Logging in and navigating the application.
  3. Select appropriate Merchant or Merchant Account in the top left section of the screen.
  4. Locate     Terminals  dropdown and select an appropriate terminal.
  5. Click   Parametersbutton
  6. Locate   Terminal Settings  groupbox
  7. Locate   Operation Type  dropdown
  8. Choose Standalone  menu item  
  9. Click Lock button to make the operation type state fixed.
  10. Click   Savebutton
  11. Congratulations, you are done!
