How to reupload a file to FTP

  1. Are you ready?

    In this tutorial, we are going to learn how to reupload/regenerate a file to FTP. This action is needed for cases when the file has been unintentionally deleted from FTP and needs to be reuploaded for further processing.

    Note that this operation is allowed only for direct debit files.

    We will use the following parameters:
    File Name: Direct debit_2000_2016001.txt
    Request Date: 11/13/2024
  2. Log in to the system using your Username and Password.

    Note: To learn how to log in and select perspectives, use the prerequisite tutorial Logging in and navigating the application.
  3. You can reupload a file to FTP using the File Store form, which is available at the following places:

    Perspective => Administration => Monitoring Perspective => File Store
  4. Click   File Storebutton in the top section of the screen.
  5. Locate   File Store Search  groupbox
  6. Locate      and select appropriate Merchant or Merchant Account.
  7. Locate   Request  groupbox
  8. Enter 11/13/2024 into the
  9. Click
  10. Locate   File Store List  groupbox
  11. Click next to the file you want reupload.
  12. Choose     from the list. Once you have initiated reuploading action, the Direct debit file will be reuploaded to your FTP server.
  13. Enter Direct debit_2000_2016001.txt into the
  14. Congratulations, you are done!
