How to enable emailing of chargeback case notifications

  1. Are you ready?

    In this tutorial we will learn how to enable emailing of chargeback case notifications.
  2. Log in to the system using your Username and Password and switch to the Management => Merchant Perspective.

    Note: To learn how to log in and select perspectives, use the prerequisite tutorial Logging in and navigating the application.
  3. Select appropriate Merchant or Merchant Account in the top left section of the screen.
  4. Click   Detailsbutton at the top section of the page.
  5. Choose   Processing  menu item  from the list.
  6. Choose   Settings  menu item  from the list.
  7. Locate   Notifications  groupbox
  8. Choose Daily Chargebacks/Returns...  checkbox  to activate it.
  9. Click   Savebutton
  10. Congratulations, you are done!
