Adding a credit

  1. Are you ready?

    In this tutorial we are going to learn how to add a credit.

    We will use the following parameters:
    Customer's Name: John Smith
    Document: credit
    Amount: 4999
  2. Log in to the system using your Username and Password.

    Note: To learn how to log in and select perspectives, use the prerequisite tutorial Logging in and navigating the application.
  3. Locate sidebar menu on the new Console.
  4. Select Customers menu item.
  5. Locate     Customer Summary form.
  6. Locate     John Smith in the list of customers on Customer Summary form.
    Note: you can add and apply filters to search customers by one or combination of the following parameters: first name, last name, organization, email, phone, balance, status.
  7. Click Settings button.
  8. Locate Billing Activity Summary form.
  9. Click Add Credit button.
  10. Enter 4999 into the Amounttextbox.
  11. Enter notes into the Note textbox.
  12. Click   Savebutton .
  13. Congratulations, you are done!
