How to freeze a subscription

1. Are you ready?
   
   In this tutorial we are going to learn how to cancel a subscription with effective date, then we are going to uncancel it and finally we are going to freeze it for month.
   
   We will use the following parameters:
   

   Customer's Name: John Smith
   Plan name: Standard Monthly Plan
   Effective Date: 06/01/20
   
   
2. Log in to the system using your Username and Password.
   
   Note: To learn how to log in and select perspectives, use the prerequisite tutorial Logging in and navigating the application.
3. Locate sidebar menu on the new Console.
4. Select Customers menu item.
5. Locate Customer Summary section.
6. Locate John Smith in the list of customers on Customer Summary form.
   

   Note: you can add and apply filters to search customers by one or combination of the following parameters: first name, last name, organization, email, phone, balance, status.
7. Locate Subscription Summary form.
8. Locate a subscription you want to cancel.
9. Click Settings button.
10. Choose     Cancel item.
11. Unpick the Effective Immediately checkbox or you may cancel the subscription form the current moment – leave the tick active.(default).
12. Choose 01/07/20     the Effective Date.
13. Enter notes for unsubscribing into the Note textbox.
14. Click Process button.

15. Locate Subscription Summary form.
16. Locate a subscription you want to uncancel.
17. Click Settings button.
18. Choose     Uncancel item.
19. Click OK button.

21. Locate a subscription you want to freeze.
22. Click Settings button.
23. Choose     Freeze item.
24. Select in date range when the subscription will be freeze.
25. Enter freezing causes into the Note textbox.
26. Click Process button.
