Are you ready?
In this tutorial we are going to learn how to freeze a customer's payment plan. We will use the customer created in
Creating a customer
tutorial with the perpetual payment plan created in
How to create a new payment plan
tutorial.
We will use the following parameters:
Customer's Name:
John Smith
Payment Plan:
Perpetual
Log in to the system using your Username and Password and switch to the Console Perspective.
Note: To learn how to log in and select perspectives, use the prerequisite tutorial

Select appropriate
Merchant
or
Merchant Account
in the top left section of the screen.
Click
Customers
button in the top section of the screen.
Click
List
menu item in the top section of the screen.

First Name
textbox

Locate
Customer Account List

View Customer

Payment Plans

View Payment Plan
button next to the
Perpetual

Note: The perpetual payment plan is the only payment plan that can be freezed.
Click
Freeze
button.
Note: To unfreeze chosen payment plan, you have to follow the steps above, click on
View Payment Plan
button next to the frozen payment plan and click on
Unfreeze
button at the bottom of the screen.
