How to locate a merchant statement

  1. Are you ready?

    In this tutorial you will learn how to locate a merchant statement. To learn more about remittance process, please, review this lesson.
    We will use the following parameters:
    Statement Date: 04/18/2024
  2. Log in to the system using your Username and Password.

    Note: To learn how to log in and select perspectives, use the prerequisite tutorial Logging in and navigating the application.
  3. You can locate a merchant statement, using Statements form, which is available at the following places:

    • Perspective =>Management => Merchant Perspective => Remittance
    • Perspective => Console Perspective => Statements

    You can choose any place you like.
  4. In the top left hand corner choose an appropriate Merchant and Merchant Account.
  5. Click   Remittancebutton in the top section of the screen.
  6. Choose   Statements  menu item  
  7. Enter 04/18/2024 into the End Datedatebox; you can use the same value for both ends of the End Date range.
  8. Click   Find button . The result of your search should now be visible on your screen.
  9. Click   View Merchant Statementbutton to view the statement.
  10. Click   Closebutton to close the statement.
  11. Click   Approvemenu item to approve the statement.
  12. Click   Cancelmenu item to cancel the statement.
  13. Locate   Select All Pending Statem...  checkbox and check it off if you want to approve or cancel all pending statements at once.
  14. Click   Bulk Actionsbutton
  15. Choose   Approve  menu item  to approve all pending statements.
  16. Congratulations, you are done!
