How to copy processor's profile settings

  1. Are you ready?

    In this tutorial you will learn how to copy credit card realtime processing provider profile configuration from one merchant account to another.
    We will process as follows:
    • Create a new Merchant Account for merchant MP002 - My Second Merchant;
    • Copy proxy configuration.
  2. Log in to the system using your Username and Password and switch to the Management => Merchant Perspective.

    Note: To learn how to log in and select perspectives, use the prerequisite tutorial Logging in and navigating the application.
  3. Select appropriate Merchant or Merchant Account in the top left section of the screen.
  4. Create a new Merchant Account. To learn how to do this, use the prerequisite tutorial Creating a new Merchant Account tutorial.
  5. Let's proceed by learning how to copy provider's profile to the merchant account.
  6. Click   Detailsbutton in the top section of the screen.
  7. Choose   Profiles  menu item  from the list.
  8. Locate   Processing Information  groupbox
  9. Locate   Group  column
  10. Locate Payment cards group.
  11. Locate Realtime in Type column.
  12. Click   Modify Provider Profilebutton next to Realtime.
  13. Choose     proxy from the list of providers.
  14. Click   copy from...menu item
  15. Click   Merchantdropdown and select My Second Merchant created in the Creating a Merchant with Processing Settings tutorial.
  16. Click   Accountdropdown and select appropriate account that you want to copy configuration from.
  17. Click   Copy from merchant or accountbutton . The configuration should now be visible on your screen.
  18. Click   Savebutton to save changes on the form.
  19. Congratulations, you are done!
