How to add tracking information for a terminal order
Are you ready?
In this tutorial we will learn how to add tracking information for the ordered terminal. We will use the order created in
Ordering a terminal
tutorial.
We will use the following parameters:
Shipment Number
: 0123456789
Tracking Number
: 0010020030
Log in to the system using your Username and Password and switch to the Management => Merchant Perspective.
Note: To learn how to log in and select perspectives, use the prerequisite tutorial
Logging in and navigating the application
.
Select appropriate
Merchant
or
Merchant Account
in the top left section of the screen.
Click
Equipment
button in the top left section of the screen and choose
Orders
menu item from the list.
Locate
Search
groupbox
Select
Processed
in
Status
dropdown
Click
Find
button
Locate
List
groupbox and click
Modify the Order
button next to the order that you need.

Tracking Info
groupbox in the opened form.
Click
Fulfill Order
button to activate texboxes below.
Enter
0123456789
into the
Fulfillment #
textbox
Enter
0010020030
into the
Tracking #
textbox
Click
Save
button that appeared instead of
Fulfill Order
button.
If you followed all steps correctly, the status will be changed to "Shipped"; note that when your terminal is in "Shipped" status, you are not able to make any changes to your order.
