How to review a status of an uploaded file

Batch    

1. Are you ready?
   
   In this tutorial we are going to learn how to review the status of an uploaded file on Console and Merchant perspective.
   
   We will use the following parameters:
   

   Merchant: My First Merchant
   File Name: monthly_billing_2000.zip
   Request Date: 10/01/2025
   
2. Log in to the system using your Username and Password.
   
   Note: To learn how to log in and select perspectives, use the prerequisite tutorial Logging in and navigating the application.
3. You can locate and review batch files using Batch List form, which is available at the following places:
   
   

   • Perspective => Console Perspective => Submissions => Batches
   • Perspective => Management => Merchant Perspective => Submissions => Batches

   
   You can choose any place you like.
4. Click   Submissionsbutton in the top section of the screen.
5. Choose   Batches  menu item  from the list.
6. Locate   Batch Search  groupbox
7. Enter 10/01/2025 into the Create Datedatebox
8. Click   Findbutton
9. Locate   Batch List  groupbox
10. Locate   Batch Status  column to check the status of the batch you need.
11. Congratulations, you are done!
