Are you ready?

In this tutorial we are going to learn how to locate and remove a user from blacklist using Setup perspective.

We will use the following parameters:

Last 4 digits of account number: 0057
Log in to the system using your Username and Password and switch to the Administration => Setup Perspective.

Note: To learn how to log in and select perspectives, use the prerequisite tutorial Logging in and navigating the application.
Let's learn how to locate a user associated with a particular account number.
Click Blacklistbutton in the top right section of the screen.
Locate Blacklist Search groupbox
Enter 0057 into the Account # (last 4)textbox
Click Findbutton
Locate Blacklist groupbox. The result of your search should now be visible on the screen.
Now let's learn how to delete a user from blacklist.
Click Deletebutton to remove the user from blacklist.
Congratulations, you are done!
