  1. Are you ready?

    In this tutorial we are going to change merchant fee withdrawal source from merchant balance to convenience fee balance. We will change merchant fee withdrawal source for Visa and MasterCard.
    Merchant fee withdrawal source is set on merchant balance by default. For this tutorial, we will switch merchant fee withdrawal source to convenience fee balance for Visa and MasterCard, for both sale and credit, for realtime and batch transactions.
  2. Log in to the system using your Username and Password and switch to the Merchant Perspective.

    Note: To learn how to log in and select perspectives, use the prerequisite tutorial Logging in and navigating the application.
  3. Click   Remittancebutton in the top section of the screen.
  4. Choose   Fees  menu item  from the list.
  5. Locate     Type  button and click it to start process of merchant fees setup.
  6. Choose demand-demand fee type and open its form it by clicking on modify option.
  7. Locate   Realtime  tab
  8. Locate   Visa (Sale)  panel
  9. Locate   Visa Processing  label and click on M button next to it.
  10. Choose   F  button  from the list.
  11. Locate   Visa per Item  textbox and click on M button next to it.
  12. Choose   F  button  from the list.
  13. Click >>button to set merchant fee withdrawal source for Visa (Credit) to convenience fee balance.
  14. Locate   MasterCard (Sale)  panel
  15. Locate   MasterCard Processing  textbox and click on M button next to it.
  16. Choose   F  button  from the list.
  17. Locate   MasterCard per Item  textbox and click on M button next to it.
  18. Choose   F  button  from the list.
  19. Click >>button to set merchant fee withdrawal source for Master Card (Credit) to convenience fee balance.
  20. Now, let's set convenience fee balance source for batch transactions.
  21. Locate   Batch  tab
  22. Locate   Visa (Sale)  panel
  23. Locate   Visa Processing  label and click on M button next to it.
  24. Choose   F  button  from the list.
  25. Locate   Visa per Item  textbox and click on M button next to it.
  26. Choose   F  button  from the list.
  27. Click >>button to set merchant fee withdrawal source for Visa (Credit) to convenience fee balance.
  28. Locate   MasterCard (Sale)  panel
  29. Locate   MasterCard Processing  textbox and click on M button next to it.
  30. Choose   F  button  from the list.
  31. Locate   MasterCard per Item  textbox and click on M button next to it.
  32. Choose   F  button  from the list.
  33. Click >>button to set merchant fee withdrawal source for Visa (Credit) to convenience fee balance.
