Reviewing uploaded file status (for Administrative users)

1. Are you ready?
   
   In this tutorial we are going to learn how to review the statuses of the uploaded files on System and Monitoring perspectives.
   
   We will use the following parameters:
   

   Merchant: My First Merchant
   File Name: monthly_billing_2000.zip
   Request Date: 10/01/2025
   
2. Log in to the system using your Username and Password.
   
   Note: To learn how to log in and select perspectives, use the prerequisite tutorial Logging in and navigating the application.
3. Let's learn how to review the uploaded file status using Administration => System perspective.
4. You can locate uploaded files using FTP Gates and File Store forms.
   
   FTP Gates form allows you to check the statuses of the files that are being processed on the gateway side.
   File Store form allows you to check the statuses of the files that are being processed on the processor's side.
   
   We will start with FTP Gates.
5. Click   Filesbutton in the top section of the screen.
6. Choose   FTP Gates  menu item  
7. Locate   FTP Gates Search  groupbox

8. Enter 10/01/2025 into the

10. Locate   FTP Gates List  groupbox
11. Select monthly_billing_2000.zip in
12. Locate      to check the status of the uploaded file.

13. Now let's locate and check the status of the uploaded file using File Store form.
14. Click   Filesbutton in the top section of the screen.
15. Choose   File Store  menu item  
16. Locate   File Store Search  groupbox

22. Locate      to check the status of the uploaded file.

24. Select appropriate Merchant or Merchant Account in the top left section of the screen.
25. Click   FTP Gatesbutton in the top section of the screen to check the status of the files that are being processed on the gateway side.
    
    Note: Other steps for locating and reviewing uploaded file using FTP Gates form will be the same as for System perspective.
