Code	User Message	Developer Message/Description
bp1	Validation Error	Required fields are missing or provided values are invalid.
bp2	Settlement Error	Authorization for a transaction being settled cannot be found.
bp3	Checksum Error	Transaction counts or amounts do not match.

Data Import Error Codes

Code	User Message	Developer Message/Description
E01	Parsing Error	The import process was unable to parse content of the file. Verify that the file is not damaged.
E02	Format Error	The system was able to parse the file, but the file headers do not match expected header values for this format. Verify that you have uploaded the file to the proper location and double check file's header for correctness.
E03	Duplicate Error	The file is suspected of being a duplicate of another file that was already processed. If you are certain that the file is original and was never processed before, rename the file and try again.

Process Error Codes

01	Security error: User name or password is invalid	Username or password values are invalid.
07	Unable to void Transaction: provider declined this operation.	Processor has declined void operation for the selected transaction.
09	System error: unable to persist changes to the database	Database changes cannot be persisted.
10	System error: unable to perform database update	Database update cannot be performed.
11	System error: unable to load necessary data	Some of submitted data cannot be loaded.
12	System error: unable to execute query against database	Database query cannot be executed.
13	System error: unable to delete data from database	Selected data cannot be deleted from the database.
19	System error: unable to parse response file	Response file cannot be parsed.
20	System error: unable to parse response message	Response message cannot be parsed.
21	Configuration error: billing profile is missing	Billing profile has not been configured for the selected merchant.
22	System error: authentication process failed	Authentication process has failed.
26	System error: Submission is missing from the Context	Integration error. Submission is not found.
27	System error: File Batch is missing from the Context	Integration error. File batch is not found.
28	System error: Request File Content is missing from the Context	Integration error. Request file content is not found.
29	System error: unable to perform transformation, data is corrupt	Transformation cannot be done because some data is corrupted.
30	System error: Batch Transaction is missing from the Context	Integration error. Batch transaction is not found.
32	Error during file parsing received from client. Header value is incorrect.	Infomation in the header is malformed and needs to be corrected.
34	Transaction Error: checksum missmatch, possible file corruption	Checksum mismatched. File can be corrupted.
38	Corrupted response file content	Response file content is corrupted.
46	Transaction error: unable to parse response content, invalid XML supplied.	Response content cannot be parsed because supplied XML file is invalid.
47	System error: count files for processor LSI cannot exceed 36 for same merchant on one day.	Limited number of files is exceeded for the current day.
55	Processor is temporarily unavailable.	Processor is temporarily unavailable.
69	Invalid export request parameters: fromDate/toDate/transactionType.	Values of the transactionDate and transactionType fields are invalid or malformed.
70	System error: HTTPFormGate: Parameter Request Type is not specified.	Value of the requestType field is not specified.
74	System error: HTTPFormGate: Unknown Request Type.	Value of the requestType field is invalid or malformatted.
75	The value of Bank Account Number is not well formatted.	Value of the accountNumber field is malformatted.
76	The value of Routing Number is not well formatted.	Value of the accountAccessory field is malformatted.
77	The value of Card Number is not well formatted.	Value of the accountNumber field is malformatted.
78	Unable to tokenize: Account Type is not well formatted.	Tokenization cannot be made because value of the accountType field is malformatted.
80	Unable to decrypt token: Invalid token value.	Token cannot be decrypted because value of the token field is not valid.
83	Unable to encrypt/decrypt: Tokenization is not supported.	Encryption or decryption cannot be made because tokenization is not supported.
85	System error: HTTPFormGate: Parameter Notify URL is not valid.	Value of the notifyURL field is not valid.

02	Transaction error: duplicate warning: the transaction you are trying to process is a duplicate of a recently processed transaction.	The submitted transaction is a duplicate of a recently processed transaction.
03	Transaction error: transaction is missing required data fields or specified values are invalid/malformed.	Submitted transaction is missing required data fields or specified values are invalid/malformatted.
04	Transaction error: Merchant Account is not registered, verify the supplied value.	Merchant account used in the transaction is not registered. Supplied value verification is required.
05	Transaction error: unable to process void/capture: Specified transaction is not found.	Neither void nor capture operations can be processed because specified transaction cannot be found.
06	Transaction error: unable to process void. Settlement for this transaction has already been done.	Void operation cannot be processed because settlement for the specified transaction has already been done.
14	Transaction error: Partial Void not supported.	Partial void is not supported by the processor.
23	Transaction error: the fields required for better rate qualification are missing.	The fields required for better rate qualification are missing.
24	Transaction error: account type field contains invalid value.	Specified accountType value is invalid.
25	Configuration error: specified Merchant Account does not support this type of transaction processing.	Submitted transaction type is not supported by the specified merchant account.
35	Transaction error: required field's value is missing.	One or more required fields' values are missing.
36	Transaction error: field's format is incorrect.	One or more fields are not well-formatted.
37	Transaction error: field's value is out of a possible range.	One or more fields' values are out of a possible range.
39	Transaction error: credit card number is invalid.	Credit card number is invalid.
40	Transaction error: routing number is invalid.	Routing number is invalid.
42	Transaction error: invalid values supplied for poorQualification or waitConfirmation flags.	Values supplied for poorQualification or waitConfirmation flags are invalid.
43	Transaction error: invalid field's value supplied.	One or more fields' values are invalid.
44	Configuration error: specified Merchant Account is inactive.	Specified merchant account is inactive.
45	Configuration error: specified Merchant Account is missing Merchant Account Profile.	Processor profile is not configured for specified merchant account.
47	Transaction error: cvv2 is required when track data is not supplied.	Required cvv2 value is missing.
50	Transaction error: batch is empty, no transactions are found.	No transactions are found in a submitted batch.
51	Transaction error: sale-auth is not possible in EBT, PIN Debit and PINless Debit processing.	Sale-auth operation cannot be performed in EBT, PIN Debit and PINless Debit processing.
52	Configuration error: specified Merchant is inactive.	Specified merchant is inactive.
53	Transaction error: Merchant Code is not registered, verify the supplied value.	Submitted merchant code is not registered. Supplied value verification is required.
54	Transaction error: unable to process void. Void for this transaction has already been done.	Void operation cannot be processed because void for the specified transaction has already been done.
56	Transaction error: debit card processing is not supported.	Debit card processing is not supported by the processor.
